Q. I selected low quality. Why do my images still take so long to upload?
A. When you upload a new image it gets uploaded to our servers just like it is on your computer. The quality is set when you or someone else views the image. If you want your images to upload to our servers faster you may want to scale them down in width and height before you upload them.
Q. How can I upload full size images?
A. You can upload full size images by unchecking the resize button on the image upload page.
Q. How can I make my images upload faster?
A. If your images are large, scale them down in size with an image editing program before you upload them.
Q. How many folders can I have?
A. You can have an unlimitted amount of folders with unlimitted images within a folder. To keep your images as organized as possible try not to put to many images into one folder.
Q. How can I unsubscribe?
A. You can easily unsubscribe by going to Account/Preferences and clicking the unsubscribe button. Your account will be close and you will be taken to paypal to cancel your subscription with us.
Q. Why are my images renamed?
A. If your filenames on your images are too long they are shortened when uploading them. If you have already uploaded a file with the same name as the one you are currently uploading we assign a 4 digit number to the beginning of your file so that you don't over-write the file that you uploaded before.
Q. What type of files can I host?
A. You can host JPG, GIF and PNG files. If you need support for other file types please contact us and we may be able to add support for them.
Q. What do I need HTML for?

Q. How do I show pictures in my action??
A. You can add your galleries, portfolios, slideshows and 360? spin to your action. Here you find some Help!!
Q. Do you have limitations on content?
A. We do not allow pornographic material on the site. Nor do we support images for the use of spam. Accounts found using these will be cancelled.
Q. What exactly is bandwidth?
A. Bandwidth means how many bytes your account has transfered. With each image view bandwith is transfered.
Your free photo hosting account has 150 mb of bandwith per month free transfer. As soon as you reach your account limit you should upgrade your account.
Q. Why don't I just use eBay's picture hosting?
A. eBay provides the first image free, but then will charge you $.15 for each additional image you include. If you are using three images that is an additional $.30 you are paying just to list a few extra images. eBay will compress your image in size and quality and many times the details of the image are not even viewable after this. The key to an effective auction is having 2 or 3 detailed pictures in your listing.
Q. How do I get my image onto my auction?
A. The Sell Your Item form has a field where you can enter the Web address (URL) of a picture stored on the Web. That picture will be displayed in your listing. To display more than one externally hosted picture on eBay, you'll have to use HTML in your listing. Your URL should look like this: http://www.myphotoshub.com/ag.php?fid=453&mid=20
Q. Do I need a digital camera or a scanner?
A. You need some way of getting a JPEG or GIF file (an image file) onto your computer. The image file can be on your desktop, your hard drive, a floppy, ZIP disk, CD, or any other "drive". The file can come from a scanner, digital camera, video camera, a photo CD or disk (from your photo processor), from an email (if you have a friend who can send you your images), or from a website.
Q. Do I email my pictures to you?
A. No. We do not process images from emails. If you can email it to us, then you can use the Upload Images Process to upload your image for auction picture hosting. Uploading an image is the same as attaching it to an email: locate it on your computer, and send it off. Only with uploading, you get your image on the web right away.
Q. What is the best image size for Online Auctions?
A. Picture file size should be under 50kb (kilobytes) for quick page downloads. The visual size of your picture should be no larger than a standard photograph (3" by 5" or 4" by 6"). Remove unnecessary background. Save your edited picture as a JPEG, JPG or GIF file (file types other than JPEG, JPG, or GIF can not be uploaded most auction picture hosting sites will except only these images).

A. Any and all information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed. All personal information is stored on our secure servers and will only be used for its intended purpose.
Q. 360? Feature
A. Sorry but 360? feature does not work with browser Mozilla.
